We implement end-to-end encryption for sensitive financial data, maintain a Zero Data Retention policy for message content processed through our integrations, and use enclave computing so that no one — not even the Solus team — can access your raw financial data. Your data belongs to you.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls. While no system is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting your information using best-in-class practices.
Your Rights
